Get Paid!
This is a FREE service for people earning under 20k per year who have not been paid by unscrupulous employers. I will write a formal lawyer letter (in a scary or friendly tone depending on the situation) for you to help you receive what you are owed.*
There is no catch. I just want to use my lawyer powers for good as much as I can.

Step 1 - get informed (it won't take long; just contact ACAS)
ACAS is an official independent body there to resolve issues between employers and employees. They have lots of info on their site on wages but even better you can call them for free on 0300 123 1100 and they will guide you. It is a condition of my service that you contact them before you use me to make sure you understand your rights.
You can text them if you prefer but you'll have to use the relayapp and dial 18001 0300 123 1100.
If they tell you that you are misguided and cannot claim money from your employer, then it's probably not worth moving to step 2.
You may prefer to just write to your employer yourself at this stage. If you're not sure how to do it, this tool can help you but honestly there is no magic to it. Just lay out what you're owed and why.
Step 2: Fill in the form: click HERE
This form should take you around 15 mins to fill. It tells me more about what you're owed, when you were owed it, what kind of contract you have etc.
If it meets all the conditions*, we go to step 3.

Step 3: I will write a formal letter to your employer
Provided I have all I need, I will write a letter telling your employer they owe you money and should pay you (or else: see step 5).
You will need to check it before I send it to make sure it's correct.
Step 4: you get paid! (if so, tell me if worked)
I can't promise it will work but often employers do sit up and do the right thing if they receive a formal letter letting them know they got something wrong. I need you to tell me what happened so I can ensure the service is working

Step 5: if it did not work, we can talk about it
You may have options at that point: a formal grievance, a Tribunal claim, etc. If you want to use my services further you will need to pay for them (I will apply a discounted rate of £150 ph + VAT). We can discuss together whether I am the right person to help.
